More Quakes, Dec. 22

The southern end of the two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast continued to rumble on Tuesday, Dec. 21. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 4.0-magnitude quake followed the cluster recorded Monday west of Petrolia, CA near Cape Mendocino in Northern California. 3.1 & 2.9-magnitudes followed in the same area. There were also three nearby on land earthquakes.
