On Sunday, June 2, 2019 at approximately 3:21 P.M. Oregon State Police Troopers responded to a report of an injury traffic collision on Hwy 224 milepost 37 near Estacada, Oregon. Preliminary investigation revealed a motorcyclist, Bailey Carlberg (23) from Tigard, OR, was traveling westbound on Hwy 224 when the rider failed to negotiate a curve and left the road. Carlberg sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased.
