Southwestern’s “Leadership SWOCC” is proud to partner with the Multicultural Club and Associated Student Government to present diverse and inclusive events as part of this year’s campus Spring Fest. We will be hosting a multi-cultural showcase of dance. Please join us Monday, May 21, 2018 from 5:30 to 8:00 pm in the Hales Center for the Performing Arts on the Coos campus of Southwestern, 1988 Newmark Ave., Coos Bay. Admission is free. This dance performance will feature four different community groups in a variety of dance styles, including Celtic, belly dancing, and several different international folk dances, as well as live Celtic music. Come watch beautiful dances, and feel free to participate in several audience-interactive dances if you wish. This showcase also features a performance by Southwestern’s International Folk Dance community education class. For more information please contact Kristin Hovenkotter Greco at 541-888-7136, Kristin.hovenkottergreco@socc.edu.
