An autopsy performed on a 54-year old murder victim in Coos Bay showed that David Marion Smith died “as a result of multiple gunshot wounds to the head, neck and torso, according to a news release from Coos Co. District Attorney R. Paul Frasier. The suspect, 27-year old Kyle Sun Ray, was arraigned in a Coos Co. Circuit Court on a charge of Murder and being a Felon in Possession of a Weapon, and is being held in the county jail at Coquille with a bail of $2 million. His next court appearance is set for Thursday, Nov. 12, 8:30 a.m.
