Coos Co. DA release – The 24-year old suspect in the shooting death of his 15-year old half-brother in Bandon April 20, 2022, was arraigned Thursday morning, April 21st in a Coos County Circuit Court at Coquille. According to a news release from District Attorney R. Paul Frasier, Torin Syrus Mowery was charged with Murder in the Second Degree in the death of Finnian Lewis. Security was set at $2 million. Frasier expects the case will be presented to the Grand Jury prior to April 28th, Mowery’s next court appearance date.
