Firefighters from around the Bay Area responded to a Mutual Aid call by the Charleston Fire District Tuesday evening, May 13.  According to Fire Chief Mick Sneddon, the 1970s mobile home at 62222 Crown Point Road was fully involved when the first firefighters arrived on the scene.  A stick frame structure was built onto both sides of the mobile home.  One out building was destroyed and another received minor heat damage.  One firefighter received minor injuries.  Chief Sneddon said they suspect Arson and added the investigation is continuing.  Charleston Fire sent two engines, one tender, one rescue and two command units.  Coos Bay provided on fire engine.  North Bend send one engine to the main station for District Coverage, North Bay Fire, Hauser Fire, Lakeside Fire, Millington Fire, Green Acres Fire and Sumner Fire all responded to the Mutual Aid call.
