A 54-year old male, identified as a “person of interest,” in the homicidal death of a 61-year old Myrtle Point male Wednesday morning, Nov. 20, was located in Springfield that same day, brought to the Coos Co. Jail, and arraigned Thursday afternoon on a charge of Murder I. According to a news release from District Attorney R. Paul Frasier, Ladd Stewart Robson was taken into custody by Springfield Police without incident shortly before 6 p.m. The body of Lance Lucero was found in a residence at 201 Ash St. Robson is Lucero’s half-brother.
