Suspect(s): Kimberly Nolley (38); An intoxicated woman was arrested outside of the Bachelor’s Inn on an outstanding warrant from Texas. On December 25th, 2023, at 12:40 a.m., the Coos County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch Center received a 911 call of an intoxicated female outside the Bachelor’s Inn located at 63721 Edwards Road, Coos Bay, Oregon, attempting to get into her car and drive away. Sgt. J. Boswell and Deputy Freerksen responded to the location and contacted the woman, who was highly intoxicated. The woman was identified as Kimberly Nolley (38) of Bandon. During the contact, Deputies learned Kimberly had a “Nationwide extraditable” warrant for her arrest out of Texas for kidnapping. The warrant was confirmed, and Kimberly was arrested without incident. Kimberly Nolley was transported to the Coos County Jail, where he was booked and is being held without bail, pending extradition to Texas.
