North Bend Fire Department – Christmas Tree Pick Up Saturday, January 9, 2016. For years, the North Bend Fire Department has been providing the service of retrieving your discarded Christmas trees after the Holiday season. Simply place your Christmas tree on the side walk next to your house. Members of the North Bend Fire will be out in full force on Saturday, January 9th, 2016. North Bend Fire will gladly dispose of your Christmas trees for you. This project contributes to a variety of causes in our community. This helps to remove potential fire hazards of the trees in our homes. A self-addressed envelope will be left at your door step for donations to be mailed or dropped off to the North Bend Fire Department, 1880 McPherson, North Bend OR 97459. Your donation is greatly appreciated and it will be put to good use during the 2016 Holiday season. Thank you for supporting your beautiful community. 100% of the contributions received from this activity will be used to fund their “Kids at Christmas” program.
