According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2:30 pm., “CBPD served NBPD valid warrant,” on 30-year old Joseph Patrick Fitzgibbons, Coos Bay, charging Failure to Appear on original charge of Theft II, Criminal Trespass II.
