On Monday night September 23rd and Tuesday the 24th, ODOT, on behalf of the City of North Bend will be grinding out and repaving wheel strips on Newmark Ave. near its intersection with Broadway and Sherman Avenues. On Tuesday, September 24th traffic on Newmark will be limited to one lane in each direction, near Sherman and closed to traffic between 8:30 PM and 12 Midnight between Broadway and Edgewood. Broadway Ave. will be limited to one lane each direction between Newmark and Thompson Road during this same period with southbound traffic diverted into the center turn lane. Motorists are advised to take alternate routes to avoid delays if possible, however through traffic will be allowed with the exception of Tuesday night between 8:30 PM and 12 Midnight. Access to business along Broadway and Newmark may be temporarily limited during this construction which will take place Monday and Tuesday nights between 8:30 PM and 7 AM.
