City of North Bend release – The Oregon State Fire Marshal received 208 applications for funding. Congratulations to the North Bend Fire Department for securing a 2024 Wildfire Season Staffing Grant to paint and maintain fire hydrants across the city. The agency was notified Wednesday of the $35,000 by the Office of the Oregon State Fire Marshal. Job well done!
