North Bend’s girls opened the prep basketball season with a couple of wins. On Monday, the Bulldogs bettered visiting Powers 45-17 and on Wednesday won at Siuslaw 43-15. North Bend (2-0) is scheduled to host Siuslaw Friday. North Bend’s boys fell at Siuslaw Wednesday 64-34. The Bulldogs (0-1) host Siuslaw Friday.
