North Bend’s basketball teams both lost at Newport Thursday night in a couple of non-league games. The girls lost the opener of the doubleheader 59-56, while the Bulldog boys dropped the nightcap 55-41. North Bend’s boys are 0-2, while the girls are 1-1. Both will host Valley Catholic on Saturday, 1 & 3, at SWOCC.
