According to an entry on the NBPD log for Dec. 16, 2:47 p.m., 2200 block Ohio St., “report from citizen of theft of credit card from mailbox, used in amount of 500, officer served valid Marion Co. SO warrant” on 32-year old Lacey Keenom, North Bend, charging Theft I, “cited in lieu of custody.”
