According to an entry on the NBPD log for Jan. 9, 8:17 p.m., 2400 block Kinney St., 38-year old Katrina L. Handsaker, North Bend, arrested on NBPD warrant charging Probation Violation on Unlawful Possession Controlled Substance Schedule I, “subject was cited in lieu of custody.”
