At 7:04 a.m., 1735 Virginia Ave., “management at Safeway reported previously trespassed female on property outside, officers respond, UTL, GPA.” At 7:40 a.m., 2600 block Colorado Ave., “Employee reported subject from call on Friday has returned and is sleeping outside, request he be trespassed per supervisor / officers respond, issued permanent trespass, subject provided card he was there for informed to obtain in the future through Hotline.” At 8:21 a.m., Virginia & Sherman, “RP of two males outside, subjects separated at time of report / officers contacted involved, declined medical, neither wanted to pursue charges.” At 9:38 a.m., Virginia & Garfield, “suspicious subject with machete walking through neighborhood / officers contacted him at Virginia & Sanford, P&P contacted, machete & knife confiscated, subject instructed to report in.” At 10:54 a.m., Virginia & Grant, “report of subject carrying a spear, walking on Virginia / officers respond, UTL the area.” At 11:26 a.m., Oak & Virginia, “anonymous report of male transient standing in roadway almost got hit by RP’s vehicle / officer respond, located the subject on Madrona, warned to stay on the sidewalk.” At 12:08 p.m., Broadway & 12th, “male transient walking in traffic, screaming and yelling, bothering customers at business. Accident/warrant
According to an entry on the NBPD log for Jan. 11, 8:18 p.m., 2500 block Broadway, Lance David Pozzi cited and released on Clackamas Co. warrant charging FTA on DUII, “report of vehicle that hit the Fast Mart building, driver exchanged information with business, report taken.”
