According to an entry on the NBPD log for June 15, 10:35 a.m., 1800 block Newmark St., “reports from business owners of male transients trespassing, one subject possibly stole a beer and left on foot, officers located subjects,” 54-year old Semery Evans, Coos Bay, cited for Criminal Trespass II, 47-yer old Christopher Beltran, Coos Bay, cited for Criminal Trespass II, & 60-year old Jedediah Parks, North Bend, charged with Criminal Trespass II. “Subjects cited in lieu of custody.”
Assault
According to an entry on the NBPD log for June 15, 1:27 p.m., 1300 block Virginia Ave., “female at Chevron request employee call 911 after being assaulted, officers respond, subject in area / located at Virginia & McPherson,” 28-year old Eduardo Eilliela charged with Assault IV Domestic and transported to CCJ.
