According to an entry on the NBPD log for May 13, 1:47 p.m., 1900 block McPherson Ave., “officer observed subject out of compliance with sex offender registration,” 60-year old Daniel Duran, Coos Bay, charged for Failure to Report as Sex Offender, “subject cited in lieu of custody and registered subject on phone with OSP Office.”
