According to an entry on the NBPD log for Oct. 7, 2:59 a.m., Harbor Ave., 27-year old Christopher T. Lundy, North Bend, arrested on Linn Co. SO warrant charging FTA, “subject was cited in lieu of custody due to COVID-19,” also warned for Failure to Use Headlights as Required and Exhibition of Speed & Careless Driving.
