A couple of entries on the NBPD log for Thursday, April 9, 4:09 a.m., 1900 block Virginia Ave., “officer brought blanket for subject in front of business.” At 7:52 p.m., 2000 block Marion Ave., criminal trespass call, “officer responded, warned subjects of Criminal Trespass, also brought subject a blanket.”
Warrant
According to an entry on the NBPD log for April 8, 8:58 a.m., “DOC served CBPD warrant,” 56-year old Eric Shawn Underland charged with Criminal Trespass I & Theft III.
