According to an entry on the NBPD log for April 13, 1900 block Newmark St., 8:12 a.m., “complaint of male transients openly drinking alcohol behind location / subjects on Laser Touch Car Wash property, one cited for previous trespass,” 60-year old Troy Boyer, Coos Bay, cited for Criminal Trespass II, “cited in lieu of custody, other 2 subjects issued permanent trespassed and all agreed to leave.”
Warrant
According to an entry on the NBPD log for April 13, 1:09 p.m., “RP request NBPD assist him after he missed his court date in Douglas County, officer contacted the Douglas Co. Courts, Douglas Co. SO assist in entering warrant,” Joshua Eugene Andersen cited for FTA on DUII, Reckless Driving, Criminal Mischief II, “subject released in lieu of citation to appear” at a Douglas Co. Court.
