According to an entry on the NBPD log for April 15, 3:30 p.m., 500 block Newmark St., “OSP Trooper reported hit & run that occurred at Newmark & Sherman, suspect last driving west on Newmark, ATL sent COO, driver later returned to scene,” 18-year old Dakota James Gordon, Coos Bay, cited for Failure to Perform Duties of a Driver.
