According to an entry on the North Bend Polcie log for Aug. 23, 7:46 a.m., 1800 block Newmark St., “owner reported preiously trespassed transients on property bothering customers, offiers respond and contaded 2 still in area and located one who left on foot,” 46-year olf Christopher Beltran, Coos Bay, cited for Criminal Trespass II; 58-year old John Walters, Coos Bay, cited for Criminal Trespass II; and, 54-year old Troy Boyer, Coos Bay, cited fro Criminal Trespass II, “released in lieu of custody criminal trespass on file lifted for Beltran & Walters from Quick E Mart.”
Harassment
According to an entry on the NBPD log for Aug. 23, 8:38 a.m., 2000 block Monroe Ave., “open 911 line, possible dispute, caller not responding to stateion 5 on the phone, officers respond and contacted male & female,” 25-year old Coy Daniel Smith III, North Bend, charged with Domestic Harassment warned for Interfering with 911, transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Trespassing
According to an entry on the NBPD log for Aug. 23, 9:29 a.m., 3200 block Broadway Ave., “previously trespassed subject back on property, officers respond and contacted the subject still there,” 59-year old Jedediah Hardy Parks, Coos Bay, charged with Criminal Trespass II and wanred for Open Containter. “Relased in Lieu of Custody.”
Broken Lights
According to an entry on the NBPD log for Aug. 25, 7:40 a.m., Union & California, “citizen reported someone broke the lights at the base of statue in Grant Circle, officer respond, and confirmed all 4 lights are broken. Unknown if there is an electrical hazard, message left for off duty Parks Department Employee, officers coned off the area.”
Warrants
According to an entry on the NBPD log for Aug. 25, 4:55 p.m., 2051 Newmark Ave., CB, “off duty NBPD officer observed wnated subject at Walmart, NBPD repond and located the suspect,” 27-year old Allen Christoper Edwards, Coos Bay, served valid CCSO warrants charging Failure to Appear on Theft III, and Probation Violation on Possession Heroin, and Unlawful Possession Meth. Transported to BAH for medial evaluation.
