According to an entry on the NBPD log for Aug. 7, 9:04 p.m., “Winston PD served valid NBPD warrant” on 32-year old Joel C. Jones, transient, charging two-counts Resist Arrest, two-counts Escape III, Criminal Trespass II, Interfering with Peace/Parole & Probation Officer, Interfering with LE Animal & Escape II.

Warrant
According to an entry on the NBPD log for July 30, 4:16 p.m., “CCSO P&P served valid NBPD warrant” on 26-year old Brian Stuart, Coos Bay, charging Forgery I & Criminal Possession of Forged Instrument 1st Degree.

Throwing Rocks
According to an entry on the NBPD log for July 29, 4:53 p.m., 1300 block Virginia Ave., “2 reports of subject throwing rocks behind Gino’s, 2nd RP on 911 advised a couple rocks had hit him and states subject now throwing them at cars by clinic, officers respond,” 51-year old Curtis Tarbox, North Bend, charged with Probation Violation, Criminal Trespass II & Assault II, “subject transported to CCJ.”

Gun
According to an entry on the NBPD log for July 28, 12:02 p.m., 1700 block Hamilton, “911 report of male subject pointing a gun at another, officers respond and contacted both involved / no conduct rising to level of a crime, both counseled.”

Warrant
According to an entry on the NBPD log for July 25, 12:08 a.m., 2400 block Grant St., 35-year old Christine G. Carter, North Bend, charged with Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct II, FTA on Criminal Citation, “subject was transported to CCJ.”

Transient
According to an entry on the NBPD log for July 22, 10:41 a.m., 1000 block Oregon Ave., “report of male transient in RPs yard, moved when she told him to from window but layed in neighbors yard, very intoxicated, officers respond / subject moved on when more neighbors confronted him, officers warned subject to stay on sidewalk and for urinating in public.”

Smoke/Warrant
According to an entry on the NBPD log for July 21, 5:10 p.m., 2200 block Madrona Ct., “report of smoke coming from lot behind location, officers respond with NB Fire,” 41-year old Daniel Ward, North Bend, arrested on warrants charging Harassment & Resisting Arrest, “suspect transported to CCJ,” also charged with Resisting Arrest & Interfering, “NBFD extinguished fire.”

Welfare Check
According to an entry on the NBPD log for July 21, 5:18 p.m., 3300 block Broadway, “subject crawling across roadway with pants down / CBPD handled due to NBPD call load / advised subject warned for Disorderly Conduct and now at Sizzler.”
