According to an entry on the NBPD log for July 9, 1:36 p.m., 3300 block Broadway Ave., “Employee at location reported male transient exposed himself and yelled something obscene, officers located the subject behind Quick E Mart,” 42-year old Christopher Carter, North Bend, charged with Criminal Trespass, Indecent Exposure and Drinking on Unlicensed premise, “subject cited in lieu of custody.”
