At 12:57 a.m., 1900 block Virginia Ave., “report of subject laying in front of location, officer made contact, subject was fine sitting on sidewalk eating a cooking.” At 8:56 p.m., 3300 block Broadway Ave., “report of transient making threats to RP. Officers contacted subjects. 2 people warned for DOC.” 34-year old Jerrod Strong “cited in lieu of custody for Criminal Trespass II.” At 10:09 p.m., 1800 block Newmark St., “business reports trespassed subject is back on property harassing customers,” 48-year old Shad Ebinger cited for Disorderly Conduct II, “referred for Attempted UEMV and Resisting Arrest.” At 10:29 p.m., 1900 block Madrona St., “report of people trying to enter his residence and threatening him. Two subjects contacted and permanently trespassed from the residence.”

According to an entry on the NBPD log for May 31, 5:15 a.m., Ferry Rd. Park, 46-year old Jason E. Sumison, Coos Bay, charged with Violation of Restraining Order, “subject arrested on CBPD PC, transported to CCJ.”

Disorderly

According to an entry on the NBPD log for May 31, 7:51 p.m. 1700 block Garfield St., “report of a domestic disturbance at location,” 47-year old Deana C. Lattimer, North Bend, charged with Domestic Menacing and transported to CCJ.
