According to an entry on the NBPD log for June 1, 7:36 a.m., 3300 block Broadway Ave., “officer contacted 2 subjects on Sizzler property, first subject warned not to camp at location and agreed to leave. Officer served valid CCSO warrant on second subject,” 37-year old Nick Don Linnehan, North Bend, charged with FTA on DUII, “subject cited in lieu of custody to appear” in court at Coquille. “Issued permanent trespass from Sizzler.”
Criminal Trespass
According to an entry on the NBPD log for June 1, 1:17 p.m., 1800 block Newmark St., “report that intoxicated male was on property trespassing, officer respond and UTL in the surrounding areas, officers later located the suspect,” 35-year old Jerrod Strong, Coquille, cited for Criminal Trespass II “subject cited in lieu of custody.” At 1:58 p.m., 3400 block Broadway Ave., “report that intoxicated male is approaching customers of Walgreens, officer located the subject behind Nexdor Tobacco,” 35-year old Jerrod Strong, Coquille, cited for Drinking on Unlicensed Premise, “subject referred to DA for Resisting Arrest.”
Shoplifter
According to an entry on the NBPD log for June 1, 4:42 p.m., 1735 Virginia Ave., “Safeway reported shoplifter left on foot, officers located suspect at 11th & Marion,” 32-year old Kendra Macheel Dahlstrom, Coos Bay, charged with Theft II, “value $502.63, cited in lieu of custody.”
