According to an entry on the NBPD log for June 6, 2:57 p.m., Broadway & Newmark, “officer observed subject drinking at location,” 34-year old Jerrod Strong, Coos Bay, cited for Drinking in Public. At 3:27 p.m., 3300 block Broadway Ave., “multiple reports of disturbance at location, McDonald’s reported trespassed subject refuses to leave, officers contacted the subject,” 34-year old Jerrod Strong, Coos Bay, cited for Criminal Trespass II, Harassment and Disorderly Conduct II. “Cited in lieu of custody.”
Criminal Trespass
According to an entry on the NBPD log for Sunday, June 7, 4:05 p.m., 3303 Broadway, “McDonald’s reported previously trespassed subject yelling at customers, locked the doors to keep him out, Quick E Mart then reported him there intoxicated yelling at people. Officers contacted the subject, warned for trespass and to leave, subject refused,” 34-year old Jerrod Strong, Coos Bay, cited for Criminal Trespass X 3, Disorderly Conduct, added Parole Violation Detainer, “subject transported to CCJ.”
