According to an entry on the NBPD log for May 26, 11:34 p.m., California Street Boat Ramp, “RP reported DOC subject screaming and running into roadway, officers responded / subject was transported to BAH on POH, subject cited in lieu of custody,” 52-year old Douglas P. Day, Coos Bay, cited for Disorderly Conduct II.
