According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Nov. 1, 1:28 a.m., 2000 block 11th Ct., 38-year old Byrell Justice, Coos Bay, charged with Assault IV Domestic and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Burglary at NBHS
According to an entry on the NBPD log for Nov. 1, 7:51 a.m., 2323 Pacific Ave., “report taken for Burglary II, Theft II & Criminal Mischief.”

Same Female?
Multiple entries on the NBPD log for Nov. 1 involving a suspicious female. At 9:54 a.m., 1500 block Virginia Ave., “2 calls regarding female disrobing and flipping off passing cars / officer contacted her, did not observe the behavior, she admitted to changing her shirt, female was asked to change her clothing in private.” At 11:03 a.m, 1900 block Virginia Ave., “report of female hitting cars driving by at location / officer respond and contacted the subject, warned to stay out of the roadway.” At 11:16 a.m., Virginia Ave. & Broadway Ave., “same female reportedly standing in traffic at large intersection daring cars to drive thru her. Officer nearby observing her. Officer advised she is on the sidewalk now.”

Disrobing Females
According to an entry on the NBPD log for Nov. 2, 12:55 p.m., Virginia & Sherman, “RP reported DOC females at location taking their clothes off,” 37-year old Melissa L. Lucas, North Bend, charged with Disorderly Conduct II and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille. “Other 2 females were warned for DOC.”
