According to an entry on the NBPD log for Oct. 23, 8:19 p.m., 3500 block Broadway Ave., “disorderly conduct subject in area, officer made contact & gave courtesy transport to Mingus Park area, warned for Disorderly Conduct.”

DUII
According to an entry on the NBPD log for Oct. 24, 1700 block Virginia Ave., 55-year old Timothy Steven Miller “cited and released in lieu of transport for DUII,” also cited for DWS Violation, warned for Driving Uninsured, Failure to Maintain Lane, Improper Left Turn and Failure to Carry/Present.

Ebinger, Coos Bay, charged with Criminal Trespass II, also FTA on Criminal Trespass II, “medical responded for one individual, unable to transport due to intoxication level.”

Ebinger, Coos Bay, charged with Resisting Arrest, Attempt UEMV, Disorderly Conduct. “Subject cited in lieu of custody due to COVID-19.”
