City of North Bend release – After 16 Weeks of Rigorous Training, Officer Stark Embarks on the Next Phase of His Journey to Serve and Protect Our Community with Dedication and Integrity. Congratulations to Officer Coel Stark on his graduation from the police academy! Let’s give a huge round of applause to North Bend Police Officer Coel Stark for successfully graduating from the Police Academy! After an intense 16-week training, Officer Stark has shown incredible dedication and determination, proving himself ready to continue the journey to serve our community with honor and integrity. Officer Stark has reached the middle of his training and has a significant path ahead of him as he completes the remaining in-house training. The Graduation Ceremony was attended by Chief Mitts, Captain Perry, and, most notably, Coel’s proud father, North Bend Police Department’s very own Officer Brett Stark.
