Jail at Coquille. Male transient walks by all time. This morning he was yelling at my son in law.” 11:05 a.m., 1500 block Virginia Ave., “911 dispute, male/female transient, sidewalk in front of Taco Bell. Officers responded/subjects denied dispute. Male has hearing problem so she was yelling so he could hear her. Female was warned if she did not return shopping cart to Walmart she will be issued citation for Theft.” Sixty-year old John Bowen and 48-year old Anita Vagallos contacted. 1:06 p.m., 3400 block Broadway, “male transient laying in parking lot, another male in area, went them trespassed if they haven’t been already. Officer responded/subject picked up belongings and left area. He was permanently trespassed from business,” 44-yea rold Christopher Beltran contacted. 4:50 p.m., 1600 block Virginia Ave., “PV Mall Security reported out of control female throwing furniture around crying, female left walking towards the VA Clinic, officers out with female on Marion/12th St., female was given courtesy ride to Empire, warned for Disorderly Conduct.” 4:54 p.m., 1300 block Sherman Ave., “Captain received report of suspicious male transient drinking alcohol in front of Visitor Information Center. Officer responded/advised subject left prior to arrival. RP will recall if he returns.”
