Burglars
Entries on the NBPD logs for Monday, April 3, involving thieves/burglars.  At 4:53 a.m., 2200 block Clark St., “RP reported someone was breaking into their vehicles.  Chased subject towards State St. Park.  Officer checked area and unable to locate the subject.  Officer advised doesn’t appear anything was taken from vehicle.  UEMV only at this points. Report taken.  At 6:41 a.m., 2200 block Commercial Ave., “burglary in progress, suspect had big black pit bull, unable to locate, gone prior to arrival.  Report taken for Burglary I & Theft iI.

Casino
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, April 3, 7:40 a.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., Mill Casino, “female giving security officers false identification,” 25-year old Marian Ellsworth, Coos Bay, arrested on charges of ID Theft and Possession of Stolen Property.  Also warrants out of Medford PD for Possession of Meth, Failure to Appear, Giving False Info.  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

UEMVs
Entries on the NBPD logs for Monday, April 3, involving Unauthorized Entry Motor Vehicle (UEMV).  At  8:58 a.,m., 2200 block Clark St., “vehicle entered overnight, flashlight left in vehicle that is not RP’s, necklace hanging from rear view mirror taken, value $20.  Report taken, flashlight seized.” At 9:58 a.m., 2100 block Everett St., “someone entered vehicle last night, rifled through, don’t believe anything missing.”  Report taken.  At 11:45 a.m., 2300 block Commercial Ave., “officer flagged down by citizen advising his vehicle was entered last night.  Nothing taken, just rifled through.”

DUII
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, April 3, 3:32 p.m., Newmark St., :”traffic stop, 1997 Ford XPL,” 26-year old Ana Maria Flores, Coos Bay, taken into custody for DUII, transported to NBPD where she was cited for DUII and Reckless Driving.  “Vehicle released to friend on scene.”

Left Accident Scene
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, April 3, 3:53 p.m., Sherman & Virginia, “911, vehicle vs. pedestrian,” 44-year old NB female pedestrian, “driver left scene on foot heading down Union,” 26-year old Justin Gray, Coos Bay, taken into custody for Failure to Perform Duties of a Driver and was transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.  Vehicle impounded.

Counterfeit
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, April 3, 3600 block Broadway, “follow up, male subject that passed counterfeit bill is currently in store, subject arrested by CBPD and transported to CCJ” in Coquille.  According to an entry on the CBPD log for 4:38 p.m., Goodwill, “result assist NBPD,” 35-year old Cody Plymyer charged with Probation Violation, NBPD probable cause charge of Possession Forged Instrument.”

Didn’t pay
An 18-year old male, who was cited for not paying for a meal last month at a Coos Bay restaurant, refused to pay for food served and consumed at a North Bend restaurant Monday night, April 3.  According to an entry on the NBPD log for 11:49 p.m., 2265 Newmark St., Kozy Kitchen, “RP reported possible wanted subject at location refusing to pay for food.  Officers contacted subject, was not wanted, another patron paid for his food.”  Subject was permanently trespassed from location and left upon request.  Peter Lent contacted.
