According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Saturday, Aug. 11, 12:58 p.m., 600 block Wall St., “attempting warrant service,” 46-year old Mark Lesley Potter arrested on Oregon State Parole Board warrant charging Parole Violation on original charge of Burglary. Additional charge of Attempted Escape. Also, 37-year old Neil Marvin Dubisar arrested on CBPD warrant charging Probation Violation on original charge of Possession of Meth. Both transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
