According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Aug. 17, 12:04 a.m., 2800 Oak St., “security check, officer out with subject in bathroom, officer located drugs on subject, he was advised to check in with his PO in the morning. Subject will be referred to DA for PCS and was permanently trespassed from all NB Parks.” Twenty-six year old Craig Hyatt “Contacted.”
Transient
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Aug. 17, 3303 Broadway Ave., “disorderly conduct, male transient asked male in a truck for money in McDonald’s drive-thru, he said no so transient kicked his truck really hard. Victim left area without reporting it but he wants transient talked to. Officers responded/spoke with subject. Advised he was not aggressive at this time. Advised of complaint and denied doing it.”
