According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2:06 p.m., 1735 Virginia Ave., Safeway, “theft at location,” 22-year old Brandon Lee Hawk cited for Theft III, “will be referred for PCS Meth, permanently trespassed from all Mall property.”
