According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Aug. 24, 12:59 p.m., 1700 block Virginia Ave., “Safeway reported subject leaving with a motorized scooter cart. Officers respond/management was able to get the cart back/officer unable to locate the subject. Management will contact the subject when he returns to inform him of the rules with the cart.”

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Aug. 24, 7:26 p.m., “RP came into station to turn himself in,” 34-year old Robert Finer taken into custody on CBPD warrant charging Failure to Appear 2nd Degree and FTA on original charge of Harassment. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
