According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Dec. 11, 10:40 a.m., 14th & Pacific streets, “officer out with 2 and a shopping cart,” 32-year old Levi Doran Johnson arrested on NBPD warrants charging Probation Violation and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Dec. 11, 11:35 p.m., Hwy. 101 & Marine Lane, “assist Reedsport PD and DCSO with vehicle pursuit / vehicle stopped & subject fled on foot. K-9 called out for track / several local agencies assisted with perimeter setup. Officers were unable to locate suspect, assistance rendered.”
