According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Dec. 24, 2:06 a.m., Virginia & Sheridan, “officer out with vehicle on the RR tracks,” 29-year old Eva Villa Espinoza, California, cited and released for DUII (BAC .156%).  “Vehicle was able to be removed from the RR tracks and parked on scene.”

DUII
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Dec. 24, 3:10 p.m., Union & California avenues, “unknown injury MVA.  Vehicle high-centered in the roundabout, vehicle towed by Mast Brothers, subject transported to BAH,” 45-year old Michael McCarthy, Coos  Bay, cited and released for DUII (BAC .203%), “subject released in lieu of custody.”

Warrant/Bathroom
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Dec. 24, 5:58 a.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., “Mill Security request officer respond to ID female in bathroom for 2 hours.  Security recalled and were able to ID the subject who is previously trespassed,” 23-year old Kristin Ann Mayer, North Bend, wanted on four NBPD warrants charging Failure to Appear on charges of Menacing & Harassment, and FTA 2nd Degree.  Also cited for Criminal Trespass II and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Found mail
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Dec. 24, 7:44 a.m., “RP reported finding mail on street near her house.  Officer seized mail at several locations / returned to most owners.”

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Dec. 24, 8:17 p.m., Woodland Dr./NBMC, “officer out with bicyclist at location,” 25-year old Leonard Foreman taken into custody on charges of Probation Violation, PCS Meth, Possession of Restricted Weapon and CBPD warrant charging FTA on Attempt to Commit a Class C Felony, Assault IV, PCS Meth, Theft III and Robbery III.  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
