According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Nov. 30, 2:32 p.m, 1000 block Flanagan Ave., “assist outside agency, out assisting CCSO Civil with Writ of Assistance,” 27-year old Gregory Kister arrested on three CBPD warrants charging Failure to Appear on UUV & FTA I. Also, CCSO warrants, and additionally charged with Probation Violation. On the CBPD logs for 11/30/17, 2:32 p.m., same address, also arrested was 54-year old Barbara Rodriguez on two CCSO warrants charging FTA on PCS Meth & FTA I. Both were transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
DUII
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, Dec. 2, 1:33 a.m., Sheridan & Virginia, “multiple reports of hit and run / officers located vehicle & suspects,” 37-year old Gregory T. Sausedo, Coos Bay, cited for DUII (BAC 0.17%), driver also cited for Failure to Perform the Duties of Driver. “Vehicle 1 stolen from location / vehicle entered LEDS ‘stolen. Vehicle was towed to Pro Diesel Tow.”

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, Dec. 2, 3:29 a.m., “Ashland PD served valid NBPD warrant” on 24-year old Anthony J. Whitmarsh, North Bend, charged with FTA on DUII & Disorderly Conduct.
