Officer located vehicle, traffic stop,” 39-year old Bryan J. Hudson, Eugene, cited for DUII-Drugs, also cited for Driving without License and Urine Sample Refusal.
Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Dec. 31, 10:44 p.m., Madrona Ave./Bangor School, “officer out with wanted subject,” 20-year old Justin M. Jaramillo, North Bend, cited for Criminal Mischief II, Harassment, Reckless Endanger Another Person and Menacing. “Subject also warned for MIP and was transported to CCJ.”
Probation Violation
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Jan. 1, 1200 block Clark St., “officer out with suspicious circumstances,” 42-year old Timothy J. Decker, North Bend, arrested on Probation Violation charge, “subject will be referred to DA for Theft of Gas. Male was transported to CCJ. Female was advised to call her PO Tuesday morning at 9AM.”
