According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Jan. 22, 3:58 a.m., Newmark & Lower Edgewood, “officer out with subject at location,” 26-year old Matthew Garner, North Bend, arrested on NBPD warrant charging Failure to Appear on original charges of Burglary I and Theft II. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Motel Theft
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Jan. 22, 3:17 p.m., 1400 block Sherman Ave., “someone stole mini fridge, shower curtain and shelf form motel room. Officer responded/report taken.”
