According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, July 16, 4:11 p.m., 1800 block Sherman Ave., “officers checking library for another runaway female juvenile,” 16-year old female wanted out of Clackamas Co. on warrant charging Theft II. “Female was taken into custody and was transported to the Juvenile Dept.” Earlier, at 3:08 p.m., 1700 block Sherman Ave., “911, runaway female juvenile, turning herself in. Female was transported to Juvenile Dept. by OYA.”

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, July 16, 7:03 p.m., 2000 block Broadway Ave., “off duty Reedsport officer reported location of wanted subject,” 53-year old Renee Cummings, Reedsport, arrested on warrant charging Failure to Appear on Possession of Forged Instrument Counterfeit Currency. “Subject transported to Tree Acres for transfer to Reedsport PD officer.”
