According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, July 1, 2:44 p.m., Sherman & Maryland, “traffic stop,” 39-year old Michael Allen Boyd charged with Unauthorized Use Vehicle, also cited for DWS Violation, Driving without Insurance and Failure to File SR22, “will be referred for PCS and DCS Meth.” Also, 44-year old Kikoletta A. Apostolos arrested on Probation Violation charge from Washington Co. and “will be referred for PCS and DCS Meth.” Both transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
