Warrant/Heroin
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, June 8, 12:51 p.m., 2800 block Virginia Ave., “warrant service attempt,” 30-year old Kyle Coates taken into custody on Clackamas Co. SO warrant charging Failure to Appear on Possession of Heroin charge, and FTA Possession of Heroin, PCS Schedule III, Coos Co. warrant for Contempt of Court. “Subject was transported to NBPD then on to CCJ.” Also, 32-year old Rachel Robinson arrested on NBPD warrant charging FTA on Criminal Citation. “Subject was cited and released in lieu of custody.”
Burglary Arrest
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, June 8, 3:38 p.m., 2800 block Virginia Ave., “follow up,” 30-year old Kyle Coates taken into custody on charges of Burglary I, Theft II and Theft by Receiving. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Trespass
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, June 8, 11:43 p.m., 3400 block Ash St., “officer out with subject at location,” 61-year old Louis E. Perez, Coos Bay, cited for Criminal Trespass II, “subject transported to CCJ and cited at location.”
In Tree
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, June 9, 1:39 a.m., 1800 block Waite St., “officers out with male subject in tree yelling, having intox/mental health issues. Subject came out of tree, was transported to BAH by officer, CCSO also has PC for subject,” 31-year old David A. Ortega, Coos Bay, cited. CCSO Probable Cause for Criminal Trespass II and Criminal Mischief II.
