Subjects were trespassed from Mall properties. Thirty-one year old Warren Anderson and 46-year old Jason Palluck “Contacted.” 8:35 a.m., 1600 block Virginia Ave., “officer flagged down by citizen, advised female jumped in his vehicle at Quick E Mart, he gave her a ride to PV Mall. Warned for Criminal Trespass.” 11:05 a.m., 2200 block Broadway Ave., “criminal trespass, RP recalled and advised he told the subject to move on, he will recall if he returns.” 11:06 a.m., 1200 block Virginia Ave., “criminal trespass, male transient passed out for several hours against building, need him to move on/scaring kids, officer responded/advised him to leave business.” Twenty-six year old Craig Hyatt “Contacted.” 12:17 p.m., Oak Street Park, “male transient sleeping in shelter at Oak Street Park, officer responded/advised she was just sleeping. Nothing criminal.” 3:04 p.m., 2100 block Harrison St., “female transient walked into her residence, went through her refrigerator, RP fed her now she is asleep on her couch, request officer respond to have her leave, officer responded/female left upon request. RP did not want to pursue any charges.” 3:31 p.m., 3400 block Tremont Ave., “911, male transient reporting theft of keys. Officer responded/subject was very intoxicated. Stating someone stole his vehicles. He does not own a vehicle. Warned for Mis-Use of 911.” 4:48 p.m., 1700 block Sherman Ave., “officer out with male transient, warned for Drinking on Unlicensed Premise. Subject dumped alcohol out.” Fifty-two year old Jonathan Carpenter “Contacted.” 5:16 p.m., 1700 block Virginia Ave., “male and female transients bothering customers, want them trespassed. Officer responded/both subjects were permanently trespassed from business.” 5:24 p.m., 3400 block Broadway Ave., “criminal trespass, male transient on property, request him to be trespassed. Officer responded/subject permanently trespassed from business.” 5:30 p.m., Broadway & Lewis, “officer out with male transient, subject warned for drinking on unlicensed premise.
