Moving Along
Entries on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, May 31, involving subjects needing to move along.  At 12:30 a .m., 1611 Virginia Ave., Banner Bank, “CNB Security reported subject in sleeping bag at location that is not responding to him.  Officers contacted subject and he is leaving location.  Subject reminded of his trespass from location.  At 1:31 a.m., 1585 Sherman Ave., Ashworth’s, “:RP reported having problems with subject at location.  Subject refusing to leave and causing issues.  Officers contacted subject, reminded of his trespass from location and advised that he can’t stay at CFN.”  At 1:43 a.m., Simpson Park, “subjects advised of park hours and will be moving along.” At 6:33 a.m., 745 California Ave., “male transient sleeping under archway.  Has debris scattered around him.  Officers responded/subject left prior to arrival but left trash behind.  Items left behind were placed in dumpster.”

Wanted/Harassment
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, May 31, 1:50 p.m., Virginia & Broadway, “RP reported located of subject both NBPD & CBPD have PC for,” 22-year old Jimmy Willis Cardin, Powers, arrested on charges of Harassment Domestic, Menacing Domestic, Disorderly Conduct & Unlawful Use of Weapon.  Also, Attempted Assault II (3 Counts), Hit & Run, Reckless Driving & Reckless Endangering.  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
