According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Feb. 27, 2:53 a.m., Newmark Plaza, “officer out with subjects at location,” 58-year old James Rinehart, arrested on CBPD warrant charging Failure to Appear on charges of Resisting Arrest, Attempt to Commit a Class A Misdemeanor & Criminal Trespass II, and FTA on FTA 2nd Degree. Transportd to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille. Also, 52-year old Troy Boyer, Coos Bay, cited and released for Criminal Trespass II.
Theft
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Feb. 27, 9:15 a.m., 1600 block Virginia Ave., “RP request to speak with an officer about possible theft. Officer contacted the RP with the suspect,” 21-year old Jonathan Lee Devon Peterson, North Bend, charged with Theft II and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
